How to view Available Properties
We have a key check-out policy for MOST of our properties. Please call ahead to make sure the key is available for the property you wish to view. You can pick up the key Monday through Friday only between the hours of 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm. Our phone number is (206) 938-0999 ext. 2 and our office is located at:

In order to check out the keys, you must leave either (A) a major credit card, or (B) $50 cash in our office while you check out keys. In addition, we will need to make a copy of your driver’s license or another acceptable form of ID (passport, military ID, etc). All keys must be brought back on the same business day before 4:30 p.m. We will not check out keys after 4:00 p.m.
If You Wish to Submit an Application
Once you have viewed the property and you wish to submit an application, you may download it here or fill it out at our office. PLEASE READ THE FIRST PAGE OF THE APPLICATION CAREFULLY. WE HOLD PROPERTIES ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. IF YOU WISH TO ACT QUICKLY, YOU WILL NEED THIS INFORMATION HANDY IN ORDER TO FILL OUT THE APPLICATION IN OUR OFFICE. WE RECOMMEND FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION PRIOR TO VIEWING TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS.
In addition to the completely filled-out application, you will need to bring a check in the amount of $250 for the holding deposit, plus a $50 Background Check Fee per Adult 18+ living on the premises. For example, 1 adult it will be $300, 2 adults $350, etc.
The $50 Background Check Fee is non-refundable. The $250 holding deposit is applied toward the security deposit, the balance of which is due at lease signing. If your application is not approved, the $250 holding deposit will be refunded to you. We cannot begin to process your application until we’ve received the Background Check Fee and the Holding Deposit.
